Lucinda Williams has over 25 years of non-profit management experience primarily in the arts.
She has served as the Director of Development for the Freeman Stage at Fenwick Island, Delaware, Executive Director of the Delaware Symphony Orchestra and as Vice President of Baltimore Symphony Orchestra for Artistic, Education and Community Outreach.
She has operated her own independent arts production company, Serenade Productions, working alongside artists Yo Yo Ma, Tony Bennett, Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Pittsburgh Symphony and more.
In the course of her career, Lucinda has raised millions of dollars for the organizations for which she served.
Lucinda lives in Gilmanton, NH, with her husband, retired Army Colonel, Richard Nowak. Richard served as a Special Forces Green Beret for 26 years.
Lucinda is a member of the Lower Gilmanton Community Club, Gilmanton’s Own, Inc., and Gilmanton Historical Society. She also volunteers her development experience by authoring grants directed at funding Diabetic Alert Service Dogs for adults and children. Lucinda’s grandson, Lucien, age 9, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was just 20 months old.
